This role oversees operations across hospitality, fitness, food & beverage, and guest services. The General Manager plays a key role in embedding a culture of quality, value, and service excellence while ensuring brand consistency and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver strategic and commercial goals across all business areas
- Champion quality, value, and consistency in service delivery
- Build an engaged and motivated team through development, reward, and recognition
- Drive guest satisfaction scores, audit performance, and team engagement
- Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and brand awareness
- Lead recruitment, development, and succession planning for all departments
- Use KPIs to identify underperformance and implement improvement plans
