Popeyes UK&I is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to own the operation of a fast-paced site. You will lead teams to achieve high standards in people, sales, profit and guest experience, while ensuring HACCP, safety and brand compliance.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage P&L, control costs, and optimize labour and stock. The role rewards performance with bonus opportunities, healthcare, and career progression through Popeyes University.

Qualifications

• Proven GM in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Strong people leadership and team development.
• Track record of hitting sales targets and managing P&L.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock control and cost management.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation
• Full accountability for restaurant performance, inc P&L, sales, labour, food cost, audit and brand standards
• Support and develop your team to grow their careers and unleash their potential
• Deliver Popeyes' food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards
• Own recruitment, development plans, and succession planning for your site
• Control stock, inventory, ordering, and waste to target
• Build rotas that balance availability, labour budgets, and peak trade
• Review performance data to identify opportunities and take action
• Bring the Fun and keep the energy high, the service smooth, and the culture poppin'
