Qualifications
What you'll do as a General Manager...
- Collaborate with your business development manager and management team to grow pub sales.
- Lead by example and bring our brand to life through your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Recruit and develop your team to ensure they have the knowledge to delight our customers.
- Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
- Be aware that success in this role requires you to already have or be able to acquire a personal license.
What you'll bring...
