General Manager - Live-in available

We are looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead The Boathouse in Putney — a beautiful riverside pub with stunning Thames views and a unique riverside setting. Ideally located between Putney and Putney Bridge stations, The Boathouse is the perfect spot to enjoy a well-deserved drink, seasonal British food and the riverside surroundings.

You’ll have a fantastic pub to make your own, with plenty of space for events and activities. Our first-floor Lounge seats up to 100 guests and offers a private bar and dining space ideal for parties and wedding receptions, all with exceptional river views. With a loyal local following, a premium food-led offering and an exciting renovation on the horizon, The Boathouse is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious operator to take the business to the next level.

With significant investment planned, we’re looking for a high-calibre General Manager to lead Putney’s best riverside pub into its next chapter. You’ll help shape its future, build excitement around the transformation, champion The Boathouse within the local community and lead the team in delivering exceptional standards, premium service and memorable guest experiences.
