Lantana are a collection of Australian-founded restaurants in the heart of London. We are famous for our brunches but are incredibly proud of our entire Australian-inspired menu, not to mention our speciality coffee!

We are currently recruiting for a General Manager to join us; could it be you?

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Leading and managing shifts in a controlled but relaxed way

· Recruiting, motivating, training and retaining your team

· Taking accountability for keeping customers happy, everyone safe, and the finances on point

· Working closely with your kitchen to unite FOH and BOH

· Being hands-on in our restaurants

What We’ll Be Doing In Return:

· Offering a quarterly performance bonus of up to 20% of your salary

· Paying overtime!

· Developing your skills for whatever your future career might be; with us or elsewhere

· Serving team meals that are always from the menu
