We have an exciting opportunity to take the lead on a 5* multi-site management role.

Three sites, set within the 5* Montcalm Royal London House hotel in Finsbury Square. Aviary opened in 2016 and since then has built upon its reputation as a destination roof-top bar and restaurant for a corporate and leisure London guest demographic. As the prime food and beverage outlet for the hotel, Aviary is open from breakfast to late evening, with striking views of the city.Aviary has a stunning 60-seater restaurant, gorgeous central bar and a generous terrace, that hosts high-impact activations during both summer and winter, when
igloos ensure the terrace remains a destination hot-spot over the colder months. On the ground floor of the hotel, Burdock is a café and bar, that should be a welcome respite for guests of the hotel, as well as business people looking for
an accommodating meeting spot. In the evening, businesses local to the area utilize the bar for events, providing a lively buzz to the space.
Along the corridor is Long Arm Bar & Microbrewery, a small but unique and vibrant bar where you can drink tank fresh beer, brewed on site by an incredible Head Brewer, providing an ever changing and exciting beer offering.
All three sites will be under the operational helm of the person in role.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Long term experience within F&B operation, including breakfast service
• (Ideally) 1 year + experience in a 5*Hotel and understanding of the relationship between different departments, including events
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Hotel Management
  
• Meticulous organizational skills and a proven track record for demanding and delivering exceptional standards of service, to satisfy both the expectations of our discerning guests as well as the desired 5* AA rating system for the hotel.
• Ability to plan and execute staff training and development
• Knowledge of FS and HS regulations and of most common HR practices
• Strong understanding of daily and periodical financial aspects of the business
• Ability to work autonomously and alongside our head office operations team
• Strong commerciality and an analytical mindset -You must be conversant in budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis and profitability.
