General Manager - Gastro Pub & Late Night Venue - Up to £50k + Bonus - North West London

We are currently recruiting a charismatic and personable General Manager for our iconic site, Paradise by way of Kensal Green. This multi-faceted venue offers extensive opportunities to take ownership of all aspects of daily operations, situated at the heart of North West London.

The Role

1. Manage an award-winning restaurant, critically acclaimed events space, and late-night venue that has hosted renowned names such as Joel Corry, Idris Elba, and Artful Dodger, along with private rooms.
2. Create memorable experiences through efficient, knowledgeable service in the restaurant, unforgettable events and private parties, or as a popular hangout spot.
3. Take full ownership of the venue's operations, exercising autonomy to run the site as if it were your own business.
4. Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and business savvy, with a flair for innovative thinking.
5. Lead, train, nurture, and develop your team to uphold high standards and customer satisfaction while fostering a fun working environment.

What We're Looking For

1. Calm, composed, and able to manage pressure effectively.
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience as a General Manager.
3. Experience managing late-night venues is essential.
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
5. Exceptional customer service and floor management skills.
6. Strong business knowledge, including financials and customer satisfaction.
7. Entrepreneurial mindset.
8. Passionate about people development, training, and mentoring.
9. Holder of a Personal License.
