Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd seeks a hands-on General Manager to take full ownership of a hospitality venue in Lancashire. You’ll drive operations across hospitality, food & beverage, retail and venue activities, setting standards, shaping culture, developing the team and delivering exceptional customer experience with strong commercial results.

You’ll lead a high-energy, floor-led operation, coach a diverse team and manage revenue, budgets, and labour to maximise profitability while ensuring outstanding

Qualifications

• Strong experience in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, events or multi-faceted venue operations.
• Proven experience in a General Manager or senior operational leadership role within a busy, high-volume environment.
• Hands-on leader who thrives on the floor and is visible within the operation.
• Strong commercial awareness, with understanding of financial performance, labour management and cost control.
• Excellent people management skills to motivate and develop diverse teams.
• Genuine passion for hospitality, customer experience and exceptional service standards.

Responsibilities

I am working with a client who is looking for a hands-on, high-energy General Manager to take full ownership of a hospitality venue in Lancashire. This is a floor-led leadership role — you’ll be visible, involved and driving the operation across hospitality, food & beverage, retail and wider venue operations. You’ll set the standards, shape the culture, develop the team and ensure every aspect of the operation delivers an exceptional customer experience while achieving strong commercial results.
