It’s a special moment in time at Brockencote Hall Hotel – the most intimate of our Eden Hotel Collection, but one with real character, soul, and ambition. With a loyal following, a beautifully maintained estate, and a kitchen proudly delivering 3 AA Rosette dining, Brockencote is poised for its next chapter.
We’re looking for a General Manager who’s ready to take the next step in their career, and someone with a genuine passion for fine dining and five-star hospitality. You’ll be inheriting an exceptional team that blends long-standing talent with up-and-coming leaders from our development programme – and we’re proud to say we’ve created a culture where people thrive.
We’re a business that truly believes in developing its people. In fact, our current General Managers have celebrated 11 promotions between them and an average tenure of 12 years – a proud statistic for us and something we’re committed to continuing.
As General Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make your commercial mark – from weddings to events, and F&B to occupancy supported by central support functions.
With the hotel fully operational 5 days out of 7, it’s one of those rare roles in hospitality where quality of life and career ambition can genuinely go hand in hand.
