Job summary

Colicci Limited is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead busy cafés across London’s iconic green spaces. You will set the tone, build a high-energy team and deliver exceptional customer experiences with warmth and passion.

We’re looking for a charismatic, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced hospitality. You’ll manage operations, mentor staff and collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure coffee, food and service are outstanding.

Qualifications

• Experience leading café or hospitality teams.
• Proven ability to inspire and manage busy service periods.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations and set a welcoming café tone.
• Oversee daily cafe operations, stocks, deliveries, and finance with accuracy.
• Train, motivate and mentor staff to deliver exceptional coffee and service.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to maintain menu quality and guest experience.
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met, including relevant alerts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading from the front – setting the tone for a vibrant and welcoming café atmosphere.
• Bringing energy – managing operations efficiently and proactively.
• Building & mentoring your team – developing skills, training baristas, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Making coffee with heart – our single-origin coffee is at the core of what we do.
• Managing daily operations – overseeing stock, deliveries, and accounting with precision (experience with Fourth systems is a plus!).
• Ensuring excellence in hygiene & safety – familiarity with Food Alerts - Alert 65 programme desirable.
• Collaborating with the Head Chef – to drive the café’s success.
