Job summary

The Third Space is seeking an inspirational General Manager to lead a luxury health club in the UK. You will own member experience, drive commercial performance, and uphold the highest standards in operations, service and facilities.

You will build and nurture a large, multi-disciplinary team, manage budgets and partner with central teams to shape the future growth of Third Space. Energetic, resilient leaders who deliver exceptional results are invited to apply.

• Significant leadership experience within hospitality, leisure, wellness, luxury service or other customer-focused environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and business performance.
• A track record of leading large, multi-disciplinary teams.
