Job summary

Third Space is seeking a Member Concierge to be at the heart of the member experience, delivering outstanding service and memorable first and last impressions each day. You will join a welcoming, high-performing team in a luxury environment, where standards are high and development pathways are clear.

You’ll receive world-class training, enrolment on the Service Academy, and early exposure to management roles as you grow your career within Third Space.

Qualifications

• Passion for people and delivering five-star customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/spoken English.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure as first point of contact for members.
• Flexible to work early/late shifts (05:00-23:00), including some weekends.

Our recruitment process
