Qualifications
What you'll do as a General Manager...
- Collaborate with your business development manager and management team to grow pub sales.
- Lead by example and bring our brand to life through your team, delivering exceptional experiences for our customers.
- Recruit and develop your team to ensure they have the knowledge to delight our customers.
- Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
- Note: Successful candidates will need to already hold or be able to acquire a personal license.
What you'll bring...

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a talent for working with people.
- Business acumen, especially in P&L control.
- A caring attitude towards individuals, your pub, and the environment.
- Previous success at the General Manager level is desirable, with experience in hospitality, retail, or other fast-paced environments. A positive attitude and outlook are essential.
