We're looking for a hands-on, people-focused General Manager to take the lead across our two
London venues in Haggerston and Tooting. If you love hospitality, thrive in a busy events environment and know how to get the best out of your team, we'd love to hear from you.

people, supported by an Assistant General Manager, Head Baker and Shift Managers. You’ll have the support of an experienced on site management team, along with our Head of Operations and central teams, while having plenty of opportunity to bring your own ideas and make the role your own.
You’ll take ownership of everything from team development and guest experience to revenue
performance and operational standards. You’ll also work closely with our central marketing, sales and operations teams to deliver events, spot new opportunities and help our London
You’ll balance the big picture with the day-to-day details: confident working towards targets and driving results, but equally happy rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in when things get busy.
