Love Recruitment Ltd is seeking a commercially driven Club Manager for a West London fitness club relaunch. You will lead pre-sales activities, drive membership sales, and build a thriving community from day one.

The role offers a base salary up to £45k with OTE £50k, a supportive culture, and clear progression for high performers. Full-time with some evenings and weekends required.

• Team management: recruit, coach and motivate sales and operations team.
• Member experience: ensure members feel welcome and supported, maintain club atmosphere.
• Local marketing: plan events and partnerships to bring in new members.
• Operations: oversee day-to-day running, standards, health & safety, rotas and budgets.

Club Manager in West London - Leading Fitness Club

Location: West London

Our client is a leading fitness club operator in West London, currently investing in a full refurbishment of the club ahead of an exciting relaunch. They’re looking for a commercially driven Club Manager to lead the club through its relaunch, drive pre-sales and build a thriving membership from day one.

This is a rare chance to put your stamp on a club as it’s reborn. You’ll be at the heart of the relaunch, building momentum before the doors reopen and turning a newly refurbished space into the go-to club in the area. For a sales-focused manager who loves a challenge, there’s real earning potential above base as the membership grows.

On offer is a base of up to £45k with OTE of £50k, a supportive, people-first culture, and genuine progression for those who deliver.

Working pattern: Full time, with flexibility to cover some evenings and weekends in line with the needs of the club.

Key responsibilities:

• Relaunch and pre-sales: Lead the pre-sale campaign during the refurbishment, building a strong membership base ready for reopening.
• Sales leadership: Drive new membership sales personally and through the team, consistently hitting and exceeding monthly targets.
• Revenue growth: Own the club’s commercial performance, spotting opportunities to grow membership, secondary spend and retention.
• Team management: Recruit, coach and motivate the sales and operations team, building a high-performing culture.
• Member experience: Make sure every member feels welcome and looked after, keeping retention strong and the club atmosphere positive.
• Local marketing: Plan and deliver outreach, events and partnerships that bring new members through the door.
• Operations: Oversee day-to-day running of the club, including standards, health and safety, rotas and budgets.

About you:

• Sales driven: A proven track record of hitting targets in a sales-focused role, ideally within fitness, leisure or membership sales.
• Leader: Experience managing and developing a team, with the energy to lead by example on the gym floor.
• Launch experience: Experience of a club opening, relaunch or pre-sale campaign is a real advantage.
• Commercially minded: Comfortable with KPIs, P&L and using data to make smart decisions.
• People person: Warm, confident and natural at building relationships with members and staff alike.
• Resilient: Someone who stays positive under pressure and keeps the team focused on the goal.
