Young's Pubs in East Grinstead are seeking a General Manager for the Ship Inn with a live-in option. You will lead a community-focused pub, shape the food offer, and drive visits through distinctive events and service excellence.

You will manage recruitment, marketing, and day-to-day operations, delivering a high standard of customer care while growing the business in line with your vision.

We're looking for a General Manager for the Ship Inn, East Grinstead. This community high street pub has an array of bookable spaces for events and celebrations, which also include its modern wrap-around beer garden. The ideal candidate has experience running a similar style of business, and has plenty of creativity to mould the offer and drive sales - creating more reasons to visit and increasing that connection with the local community. Lots of opportunity to grow sales through becoming the social hub of the community.
