Job summary

Popeyes Louisiana Chicken UK&I is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to take full ownership of the restaurant, lead a high-performing team and drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction in Crawley.

You will command P&L responsibilities, ensure safety and quality standards, recruit and develop staff, manage stock and costs, and nurture a positive, energetic culture across shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven GM in branded high-volume QSR or fast-casual.
• Experience delivering quality, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems.
• Strong people leadership and talent development.
• Experience in new-site openings or multi-site environments.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and employment legislation.
• Full accountability for restaurant performance, including P&L, sales, labour, food cost, audit and brand standards.
• Support and develop your team to grow their careers.
• Deliver Popeyes' food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards.
• Own recruitment, development plans, and succession planning for your site.
• Control stock, inventory, ordering and waste to target.
• Build rotas balancing availability, labour budgets, peak trade.
• Review performance data to identify opportunities and take action.
• Maintain energy, culture and customer experience.
