Job Title: General Manager

Reporting to: Managing Director

Location: Coventry, West Midlands

Hours of work: Mon - Fri, 07:15AM - 4:30PM

Linkster are currently looking for a General Manager to join our well-established manufacturing Client in Coventry. Experience with sheet metal fabrication is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans to optimise productivity.
• Enhance organisational effectiveness through process improvements, staff oversight, and fostering a motivated work environment.
• Maintain standards of excellence and drive innovation.
• Identify growth opportunities and build new business relationships.
• Provide feedback to strengthen team skills and knowledge.
• Manage daily operations, set and achieve performance goals.
• Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to meet objectives.
• Ensure timely task completion by maintaining project timelines.
• Create and manage budgets and resource allocation plans.
• Delegate tasks effectively, enforcing company policies and values.
