Location

Home Based with travel to Oxford and Daventry

Salary

Up to 72K + 30% Bonus + 7.35K Car + 10% Pension

The Role

To oversee two Healthcare / Hospital PFI contracts in Oxford and Daventry. The position will primarily be based in Oxford, as it is the larger contract, both with many years remaining (10+ years).

You

We are seeking candidates with a background in managing PFI contracts, ideally with experience in Building Surveying or Engineering.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and develop financial and operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient SPC conduct.
  2. Implement the SPC H&S monitoring regime.
  3. Assist in preparing statutory reports, returns, statistics, and accounts in line with legal and contractual requirements.
  4. Monitor quality assurance for each operating company's services and third-party providers to minimize deductions related to performance and availability, including Project Compliance reviews.
  5. Implement programs and administer agreements to maximize shareholder returns and commercial income.
  6. Assist in delivering the budget for the PFI Operations business.
