Job summary

Urban Pubs & Bars in Marylebone is seeking a hands-on General Manager for the Lord Wargrave – a smokehouse, whisky bar and neighbourhood pub. Lead a brilliant team, oversee operations, and uphold our authentic BBQ and bar offering in central London.

You’ll need at least 2 years’ GM experience, strong financial and people leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality. Competitive salary up to £60,000 plus tronc and bonuses, with perks and a people-first culture.
