Urban Pubs & Bars Ltd is looking for a talented bar manager to lead a vibrant team at Botanic Hall, driving an exceptional front-of-house operation in a high-volume setting. You will work closely with the General Manager to elevate the dining and drinking offer while coaching and developing your team for sustained success.

You Are:

• Able to demonstrate sound skills in all areas of bar knowledge and practice.
• A Bar Manager looking to take your next career step and challenge yourself in a large volume business.

• An effective communicator who can lead by example, coach and develop their team.
