Job summary

urbanbubble is seeking a General Manager to lead a flagship development in the heart of our community. You will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects, lettings, resident satisfaction, and team leadership to ensure flawless delivery of services.

The ideal candidate will bring comparable property management experience, strong budgetary discipline, and a proven ability to develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Comparable property management experience (residential or hospitality).
• Strong understanding of building management and Health & Safety.
• Proven ability to manage budgets effectively.
• Excellent people management skills with experience leading large teams.
• Track record of developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• High levels of energy, drive, and enthusiasm.
• Strong communication, influencing, and relationship skills.
• Ability to work proactively and use initiative in a competitive market.
• IRPM foundation level qualification (or willingness to work towards).
• Health & Safety qualification.

Responsibilities

• Health & Safety compliance and reporting across the building.
• Provide safe environment for residents and staff.
• Report on compliance and maintain standards.
• Contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly client reports.
• Deliver lettings and occupancy KPIs in line with SLAs.
• Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement.

• Monitor operational performance and ensure continuous improvement
