Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains, operating more than 1,300 pubs, bars, and hotels. We’re seeking a great General Manager to lead at the Cwrt Rawlin in Caerphilly and drive the team to success!

About the pub

The Cwrt Rawlin is a community local pub with something for everyone. It features a double-sided bar with a drinking area at the front and a large dining area at the rear. It is popular with residents of Cyn Farm and averages around 650 covers weekly. Known for its quiz nights, it currently takes around £16k a week with a 35% dry / 65% wet sales mix. There is potential to grow, especially with sports focus and community engagement.

Accommodation on the first floor includes a large kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, and a bathroom.
