We're looking for a General Manager for a Community pub in Basingstoke. Salary £43-45k plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub

The Dragonfly is a well-loved community site. A modern built venue, the Dragonfly has a central bar with a feature cake cabinet at the end. It now offers a Sunday only carvery, as the core menu performs well with guests. Outside, there is a children's play area and garden to the front with a side patio, and a beer garden to the rear. The Dragonfly truly is the heart of the community locally.

Currently, the Dragonfly is averaging £25,500 in weekly sales with a 65/35 food to wet sales mix. The pub is known for its amazing guest experience and we are looking for a strong operator ideally with carvery experience to continue to build on the business's success.
