Las Iguanas in the United Kingdom is seeking a General Manager to lead from the front, delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving performance in a fast-paced, Latin-inspired restaurant. You’ll set the tone, build a high-energy team, manage costs and coach your people to ensure every service reflects the warm, feel-good Las Iguanas experience.

You’ll balance the commercial side with the people side, owning results, maintaining safety, and keeping the brand’s energy alive on the floor

You’ll balance the commercial side with the people side owning results, controlling costs and driving sales, while also coaching, motivating and inspiring your team to be their best. From the floor to the back office, you’ll be hands‑on, visible and always focused on creating a brilliant atmosphere.
