A luxury elderly care provider in Bagshot seeks an enthusiastic General Manager to lead a team in delivering high-quality person-centred care. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in a care environment and possess leadership skills to foster staff development. Avery is looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated General Manager for Bagshot Gardens Care Home in Surrey.
Your focus as General Manager will be to lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent person-centred quality care in a safe, caring and stimulating environment, while meeting regulatory requirements, professional and statutory standards, and business performance targets. You will be responsible for ongoing recruitment, retention and development of staff; act as a focal point for residents, relatives, visitors and health and social care professionals involved in residents wellbeing. Other responsibilities include ensuring safe staffing levels are reviewed and maintained in accordance with occupancy and dependency, providing ongoing inspirational leadership, and ensuring costs are well managed within budgetary controls.
