We’re looking for a passionate, customer‑focused Team Leader who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You’ll be confident in leading shifts, motivating the team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the front of house. With a hands‑on approach and a strong eye for detail, you’ll help create a positive team culture while consistently exceeding guest expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading by example on shift, supporting the management team to deliver smooth, high-quality front-of-house operations
• Delivering outstanding guest experiences through brilliant service, warm hospitality, and a strong attention to detail
• Taking a lead role on the floor during service, supporting and guiding the team to maintain pace, standards, and energy
• Serving food and drinks across the bar, restaurant, and outdoor areas while ensuring exceptional presentation and service standards
• Supporting daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring the pub is fully prepared for service and left to standard at the end of trade
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation across all front-of-house areas, including glassware and equipment
• Supporting stock rotation, replenishment, and routine operational tasks to keep service running efficiently
