Zachary Daniels Recruitment is seeking a General Manager for a Ayr leisure club. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and deliver engaging sessions and events that strengthen the local community.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a people-first approach, and the ability to create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. You’ll manage the team, monitor performance, and contribute to the club’s growing success. Salary up to £35,000 plus a generous bonus.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards are maintained across the venue.
