We have an exciting opportunity for a new General Manager to become part of the Lovely Pubs team and lead The Moat House Inn, near Alcester.

Part of the Lovely Pubs collection, The Moat House joined the Fuller's family in August 2024. This beautiful countryside pub is a much-loved local with plenty of character. The business offers a cosy bar, a private dining room, a bright and spacious restaurant, and a large outdoor trading area. During the summer months, the popular teepee becomes a real destination for events and celebrations.

We're looking for an experienced, passionate and inspiring General Manager who is ready to lead a talented team, build on the pub's success and continue to grow an already thriving business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality, developing people and delivering exceptional guest experiences, while driving strong commercial performance.
