The Fleece in Addingham is seeking a General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily pub and dining room operations. You will drive service quality, staff development, and guest experiences in a busy, food-led environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to deliver high standards of service.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the pub and dining spaces.
• Maintain excellent customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with head office to implement training and menu changes.

In the village of Addingham, The Fleece, is a traditional Yorkshire taproom and pub. It has a pub and restaurant dining spaces, a bar and lounge area, alfresco dining on the outside patio, and private function and dining rooms.
