Job summary

Haven in Perranporth is seeking a hands-on General Maintenance Technician to keep our park facilities in excellent condition.

You’ll handle plumbing, carpentry, electrical tasks and routine upkeep, work safely, and coordinate with the maintenance team to deliver a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in General Maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.) is essential; qualifications in any related trade are a plus.
• Previous experience working on holiday homes is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with good problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to safety protocols and a commitment to a safe, compliant workplace.
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
