Haven is seeking a hands-on General Maintenance Technician to join our park team. You will perform on-site maintenance across plumbing, carpentry, and electrical tasks, ensuring guest comfort and safety.

The role requires practical trade experience and a proactive approach to repairs and upkeep. Working at Haven means contributing to a top-quality guest experience, collaborating with the maintenance team, and following strict safety and records procedures.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.) is essential.
• Qualifications in related trades are a plus.
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience working on holiday homes is a plus, not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular inspections and maintenance tasks on park facilities, including plumbing, carpentry, and general upkeep.
• Address minor repairs promptly, diagnose problems and provide effective solutions to keep facilities running smoothly.
• Conduct routine checks on key facilities and equipment to prevent issues and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests, owners or team with a friendly and professional approach.
• Work closely with the wider maintenance team to provide seamless, high-quality service across the park.
• Keep detailed records and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.

We’re looking for a versatile General Maintenance Technician to help keep our park in top shape, creating a comfortable and worry‑free stay for our guests.
