Job summary

Haven is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to join our park operations. You will perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting tasks, addressing repairs promptly to ensure guest comfort and safety.

The role offers varied duties, on-site collaboration with a maintenance team, and opportunities for career growth with fully funded qualifications. A valid UK driving license is preferred, and eligibility for seasonal shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting) essential.
• Experience working on holiday homes is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with good problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular inspections and maintenance tasks on park facilities, including plumbing, carpentry, and general upkeep.
• Address minor repairs promptly, diagnose problems and provide effective solutions to keep our facilities running smoothly.
• Conduct routine checks on key facilities and equipment to prevent issues and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests, owners or team with a friendly and professional approach.
• Work closely with the wider maintenance team to provide seamless, high-quality service across the park.
• Keep detailed records and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.

Pay Rates: Up to £12.71 per hour depending on age

We’re looking for a versatile General Maintenance Technician to help keep our park in top shape, creating a comfortable and worry‑free stay for our guests. From minor repairs to regular upkeep, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining our park’s facilities, ensuring a fantastic experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
