Job summary

Sodexo Group at St George's Catholic Primary School in Barbourne, Worcester, is seeking a General Catering Assistant to support daily food service, prepare and serve meals, and keep kitchens and dining areas clean and organised.

Term Time Only – 39 weeks, permanent, part-time; 10 hours per week (11:30am–1:30pm, Monday–Friday) at £12.71 per hour. Full training provided in a friendly, supportive team.

About the Role

As a General Catering Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day running of a busy food service operation. From preparing and serving food to keeping the kitchen and dining areas clean and organised, you’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly.

Additional Information

Term Time Only – Equated Pay
This role works 39 weeks per year. Your salary will be paid in equal monthly instalments across 12 months, meaning you receive consistent pay throughout the year, including during school closure periods.
