Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a General Catering Assistant at St George's Catholic Primary School in Worcester. The role runs Monday to Friday, 10am–3pm, term-time only with 39 weeks per year, and a permanent part-time contract. Driving license is required.

You will support everyday catering tasks, work as part of a friendly team, and contribute to a welcoming dining environment.

About the Role

As a General Catering Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day running of a busy food service operation. From preparing and serving food to keeping the kitchen and dining areas clean and organised, you’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly.

You’ll work as part of a supportive team delivering great service while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Additional Information

Term Time Only – Equated Pay
This role works 39 weeks per year. Your salary will be paid in equal monthly instalments across 12 months, meaning you receive consistent pay throughout the year, including during school closure periods.
