East Suffolk Council is hiring a General Builder to join the Repairs and Maintenance team. You will perform bricklaying, tiling, plastering and concreting across housing stock, ensuring safety and high-quality workmanship while delivering a professional service to tenants and residents.

Applicants should have solid building knowledge, bricklaying/plastering/carpentry skills, a UK driving licence, and strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

• General building, repair and maintenance knowledge.
