Job summary

Bridgeman Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Builder to work on social housing and property maintenance projects across the North West. You will carry out a range of building and remedial works within occupied homes, ensuring high workmanship.

Duties include brickwork, plastering, rendering, pointing, flooring and minor joinery, boxing-in, and external works. You will work safely in occupied properties and maintain strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Builder / Maintenance Operative.
• Good all-round building skills.
• Experience working in social housing or occupied properties preferred.
• Full UK driving licence desirable.
• Own tools and PPE.
• Good communication and customer-facing skills.
• Reliable and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• General building and maintenance works.
• Brickwork and blockwork repairs.
• Plastering and patch repairs.
• Rendering and making good.
• Pointing and remedial works.
• Flooring and minor joinery.
• Boxing-in and finishing works.
• Minor external works, including paving and flagging.
• Making good following heating, plumbing and renewable energy installations.
• Working within occupied properties and maintaining good customer service.
• Completing work safely and in accordance with site requirements.
