Job summary

3Recruit Ltd is seeking a reliable General Builder/Multi Trader to work across residential and commercial properties around Birmingham. You will carry out reactive maintenance, planned repairs and refurbishment works to a high standard.

You’ll perform basic carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling and decorating, plus kitchen and bathroom repairs, flooring installations and general internal/external maintenance, always prioritising safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader / General Builder / Property Maintenance Operative
• Competent across several trades (carpentry, plumbing, decorating etc.)
• Experience working in residential or commercial maintenance environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Good communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

The Role:

We are seeking reliable and skilled General Builders/ Multi Traders who can carry out a wide range of property maintenance and building tasks to a high standard. You will work across a variety of properties completing reactive maintenance, planned repairs, and refurbishment works.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working across multiple trades.

• NVQ qualification in a building trade
