Job summary

Metro Rod Norwich is seeking a General Assistant to join our team in Tharston. The role offers a salary of £22,578 - £26,436 per annum, depending on age, plus benefits, and is full-time and on-site.

You will support engineers with drain cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance work, deliver excellent customer service, and follow H&S and QA procedures while communicating clearly with clients and the support centre. Experience in drainage is advantageous.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• To support our Engineers in carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning clearance, repair and maintenance of our customer’s drains
• To deliver an exceptional standard of customer service
• To ensure you work in accordance with H&S and Quality Assurance procedures
• Communicate effectively with clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
