Job summary

York Mead Primary School in Birmingham is recruiting a General Assistant to support school catering, ensuring clean kitchens, balanced menus and high service standards during term time.

This permanent, part-time role (12.5 hours weekly, 11:15am–1:45pm, Monday to Friday) requires Food Safety Level 2, Allergy Awareness, and good verbal and written communication.

You will work with managers to deliver safe, nutritious meals for pupils and contribute to a friendly, efficient kitchen team.

Responsibilities
