Job summary

JD Gyms is seeking a diligent cleanliness ambassador to uphold high standards across the club and provide friendly, professional support to members and colleagues. You will participate in daily cleaning tasks and safety checks, while maintaining the JD Gyms brand across all areas of the club.

With a focus on excellent member service and teamwork, you will report defects, support staff training, and ensure uniform and appearance standards are met, contributing to a positive environment for all.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing, cleaning or leisure environment is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Adhere to Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook.
• Support and maintain JD Gyms brand standards across all areas of the club.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report defects to ensure the building and equipment are safe to use.

• Deliver friendly and professional member service.

• Ensure that all policies and procedures in both the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook are adhered to.
• Support and maintain JD Gyms brand standards across all areas of the club.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report all defects to ensure the building and its equipment is safe to use.
• Ensure the gym facility is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform standards in line with company expectations.
• Deliver outstanding member service through positive and professional interactions.
• Support learning and development initiatives, including training activities designed to promote consistent standards across the business.
• To undertake any other reasonable duties.
