• Adhere to Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook.
• Maintain JD Gyms brand standards across all areas of the club.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report defects to ensure the building and equipment are safe to use.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness of the gym facility.
• Uphold professional appearance and uniform standards per company expectations.
• Deliver outstanding member service through positive and professional interactions.
• Support learning and development initiatives and training activities to promote consistent standards.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties.
