Job summary

BM Caterers in London is seeking a General Assistant to deliver prompt service and support a positive customer experience. You will help keep counters clean and well stocked while following six key principles for lay-out and presentation.

The role requires health and safety awareness, allergy handling, and basic till operations. Level 2 Food Safety and Level 2 H&S certificates are preferred to ensure compliance and customer safety.

Qualifications

Barista experience and related skills required.
Level 2 Food Safety certification required.
Level 2 Health & Safety certification required.
Experience in customer service environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt and efficient service to every customer.
Ensure counters are clean, well-stocked and laid out according to company standards.
Monitor restaurant areas to maintain cleanliness and presentation.
Ensure all Health & Safety and food safety requirements are met.
