You will uphold health and safety policies, support brand standards, and deliver friendly, professional service while working with the team to sustain a clean, safe gym facility.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Passion for delivering excellent member service.
• Experience in customer-facing, cleaning, leisure or similar environment is advantageous.
• Effective communication and ability to build positive relationships.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook.
• Maintain JD Gyms brand standards across all areas of the club.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report defects to ensure the building and equipment are safe to use.
• Keep the gym facility clean to a high standard.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform standards as required.
• Deliver outstanding member service through positive, professional interactions.
• Support learning and development initiatives and training to promote consistent standards.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and wants to play an important role in creating a positive environment for members and colleagues. You'll be able to maintain high standards of cleanliness while providing friendly and professional support to members throughout the club.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all policies and procedures in both the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook are adhered to.
• Support and maintain JD Gyms brand standards across all areas of the club.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report all defects to ensure the building and its equipment is safe to use.
• Ensure the gym facility is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform standards in line with company expectations.
• Deliver outstanding member service through positive and professional interactions.
• Support learning and development initiatives, including training activities designed to promote consistent standards across the business.
• To undertake any other reasonable duties.
