Job summary

Speedy Hire in Aberdeen is seeking a Flexible Assistant to help keep our depot running smoothly. The role covers deliveries, collections, loading/unloading vehicles, stock control, and assisting customers at the hire desk.

The position offers flexible hours, including job shares and amendments to hours, with a focus on work/life balance and opportunities for training and progression within the Speedy Group.

Responsibilities

• Work across all depot areas to help the depot run smoothly.
• Make deliveries and/or collections, assist with vehicle loading/unloading.
• Stock control and serving customers on the hire desk.
• Assist with electrical testing of equipment and other depot duties as needed.

General Assistant - Aberdeen

Salary £29,572 Per Annum

Working in all areas of the depot, you will play a busy but key role in making sure our depot runs smoothly. On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to be working both independently and directly with other colleagues in any area of the depot. This can include: making deliveries and/or collections, assisting with vehicle loading/unloading, electrical testing of our equipment, stock control, or serving customers on the hire desk.
