Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Consultant specializing in generative AI to help design and deliver GenAI solutions for clients in the financial services sector. This hands-on role involves building key components, supporting architecture, and working directly with client teams to move solutions into production.

You will implement GenAI components, including RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, and agentic workflows, while ensuring reliability, security, and cost awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on work on GenAI/AI/ML projects (≈1 year).
• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel).
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, Azure AI Search).
• Familiarity with agentic architectures and tool-calling.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver GenAI solution components: RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, tool-calling integrations, and APIs.
• Support solution architecture and contribute to design decisions within your components.
• Ensure components are reliable, secure, performant, and cost-aware.
• Contribute to delivery execution: implementation, testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Apply engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and accelerators.
• Take ownership of the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
