Job summary

Metrica Recruitment is seeking a skilled full-stack engineer with a passion for Generative AI to design, build, and scale GenAI-enabled applications. You will work across AI and non-AI projects, delivering production-ready solutions while contributing to cloud-ready infrastructure.

The role offers flexible hybrid arrangements in the Greater London area, with opportunities for mentoring, training, and client-facing engagements.

Qualifications

• Technical Expertise across backend development, frontend development, GenAI frameworks, LLMs and cloud platforms.
• Experience with vector databases such as PGVector and MongoDB.
• Experience working in an agile team environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, adapting approach to audience.
• Experience in leading projects and people management.

Responsibilities

• Developing and scaling GenAI proof-of-concepts into production-ready solutions.
• Building intelligent applications using RAG pipelines and AI agents.
• Designing and delivering full-stack solutions across AI and non-AI projects.
• Contributing to robust, cloud-ready infrastructure for end-to-end deployments.
• Staying hands-on with emerging technologies and experimenting with new tools.
• Sharing expertise through mentoring and team collaboration.
