• Hands-on video creator experience with a strong body of work.
• Deep, first-hand understanding of creator workflows and Gen AI gaps.
• Strong product sense: define DoR with prototype and metrics.
• Analytical and data-driven; define metrics to prove impact.
• Hands-on with modern AI tooling to prototype and ship.
• Excellent communication to align cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end on a defined product area within the Gen AI product.
• Define the Definition of Ready (DoR) with working prototype and metrics.
• Turn evolving AI model capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
• Balance user needs, technical constraints and business goals.
