Job summary

Empresaria Group plc is partnering with an ambitious early-stage AI company to hire an Applied AI Engineer. The role focuses on turning model capabilities into reliable product experiences, across ML, AI systems and product engineering.

You will own end-to-end efforts from prompts and workflows to deployment and monitoring, building production pipelines, and collaborating with product teams. Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/JAX, LLMs, and cloud infra is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with modern ML frameworks.
• Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning or deploying ML models in production.
• Understanding of LLM applications, agents, RAG or similar AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI features end-to-end, from model to system to user experience.
• Design and iterate on prompts, tools, memory and agent workflows.
• Turn raw LLM outputs into structured, reliable and predictable behaviours.
