Job summary

Artlist is seeking a Product Builder to define and ship the future of video production for millions of creators interacting with generative AI. You will own end-to-end delivery, turning ideas into shipped features and defining the Definition of Ready with prototypes, data events, and success metrics.

You will balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals to scale the product and improve engagement and retention, working in a fast-moving pod with tight collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a video creator or AI video creator.
• Deep, first-hand understanding of creator workflows and where Gen AI tools fall short.
• Strong product sense: turn problems into a Definition of Ready and a buildable spec.
• Analytical and data-driven, able to define metrics that prove impact.
• Hands-on with modern AI tooling to prototype and ship features.
• Excellent communication and ability to align cross-functional stakeholders.
